The authentic dairy-butter Stroopwafel, proudly baked from a cherished early 19th century family recipe in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
In the early 21st century Luc and David, two Dutch friends with a deep love for their homeland delight, noticed something troubling: the Stroopwafels sold around the world were deviating from the original recipe and were not properly dressed. From this realization, Stropie was born to honor tradition and preserve that classic Stropie bite worldwide.
