The authentic dairy-butter Stroopwafel, proudly baked from a cherished early 19th century family recipe in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
In the early 21st century Luc and David, two Dutch friends with a deep love for their homeland delight, noticed something troubling: the Stroopwafels sold around the world were deviating from their original recipe. From this realization, Stropie was born to honor tradition and preserve that classic Stropie bite worldwide.
